  • How much does it cost?

    For transfers to New Zealand we charge £1. For transfers to Australia we charge £7. For transfers to South Africa, we charge £10. For transfers to the UK from Australia and New Zealand we charge A$5 and NZ$5 respectively.

    There are no hidden costs as associated with most high street banks which can charge up to £36 with an additional charge by your receiving bank in Australia, South Africa or New Zealand and the UK.

  • Our banking details are available via the Bank Accounts tab. Once you have confirmed a transaction, you will be taken through to a page displaying the relevant account details in the UK, Australia or New Zealand.

  • Once we have cleared funds in our GBP Client account from you and all necessary documentation associated with the transaction, the converted funds will be credited to your nominated overseas account in no longer than 3 working days.

    Please remember that transfers must be uploaded by 12pm to be processed on the same day!

    Getting clear funds into our GBP Client account will generally take three business days using Internet banking (BACS) or one business day using CHAPS (UK Same Day Payment) - please note failure to provide ID will delay the payment until the ID is received and approved.

  • Before is able to complete a transfer on your behalf, it is our legal and compliant obligation in terms of current anti-money laundering legislation to collect identification for each new client.

    Fax or email a signed copy of your passport, bank statement (showing residential address), and copy of the front of your debit card to (email) or 08458800242 (fax). Remember all pages should be signed and dated may conduct additional security checks on clients at our discretion. Any attempt to mislead and deceive and its employees will be automatically referred to the relevant authorities.

  • Money laundering is the process by which criminally obtained money or other assets are exchanged for "clean" money with no obvious link to its criminal origin.

  • The law requires us to monitor any unusual or suspicious transactions of any size taking place where we have reasons to believe the money is derived from illegal activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported. The law also requires us to keep full records of all transactions, together with copies of identification provided. We are unable to process any transaction where this information is withheld. Proof of address and proof of funds may be required in certain cases – please see KYC guidelines.

  • We require cleared funds to be received into our bank account before we can process your money transfer. Please note this account has been designated a client account with our bankers, meaning it can only hold client money. Please see the Account Details tab for the relevant account specific to your transfer destination.

  • You are able to send money from the UK to Australia, New Zealand and South Africa and from Australia and New Zealand to the UK.

  • Once we have cleared funds in our AUD or NZD Client account from you and all necessary documentation associated with the transaction the converted funds will be paid out of our GBP Client account via BACS, therefore taking 3 working days to clear into your nominated UK account.

    Please remember that transfers must be uploaded by 12pm to be processed on the same day!

  • The exchange rates we offer fall in between the Inter-bank rate (the truest exchange rate) and the rate offered by high street banks and Bureau de Changes, thus under-cutting the banks and passing that saving on to you in the form of great rates.

    The rates on our site are updated very regularly, but must be viewed as indicative only. To get you the best rates, we canvass the market on your behalf, add a small margin (which is smaller than the banks) to the rates we obtain and pass that rate on to you.

  • Our site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), 128 bit encryption to protect your transaction details. 128 bit encryption is the latest and strongest data encryption techniques commercially available for securing information between you our client and our website.

    SSL works by encrypting/scrambling data from our website to your computer. The data is encrypted on our web server and can only be decrypted/unscrambled by the person with the correct decrypt/unscramble key.

    You can verify our sites use of SSL in two places, by the user of “s” in https in the address bar of the site and by the padlock in you status bar at the bottom of your web browser.

  • There is no maximum amount one can transfer. However, in terms of anti-money laundering legislation, clients requesting any one-off or a series of linked transactions totaling £10,000 will be required to provide us with proof of address and proof of the source of funds.

  • We accept debit card (not credit card), internet payment and cash deposits Proof of internet and cash deposits need to be faxed to us in order for us to allocate your funds for transfer.

  • We can send money to South African credit cards. At present, we cannot transfer money to Australian, New Zealand or UK bases credit cards.
